On holding certification

In reference to the ďAcanfora Case,Ē Iím proud to say Joey is my first cousin. As far back as I can remember, as children and now adults, we have always lived close to each otherís families. I donít recall Joey ever having an enemy. Some people find faults, but I canít find any with Joey. I donít think itís right for the State College to hold back Joeyís degree, and Iím sure Iím not the only one who feels this way. The school has had no trouble him, tuition-wise, heís made the Deanís List, and his points for student teaching.

I do wish the school would straighten out this situation. Joey will make an excellent teacher. All he wants in life is his teaching degree, and his rights to live as a human being, like the rest of Godís creatures.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.
